Do you visit the site before quoting?
Always. Soil, drainage, sun, fall heights and access all change the scope. The visit is free.

How long is the lead time?
Small forts and surface works: 2–4 weeks. Full playgrounds and council jobs: 6–12 weeks depending on scope and approvals.

Are your builds compliant?
Yes — every playground is built to AS 4685 and surfacing to AS 4422. Compliance documents go with the handover pack.

Do you do maintenance after the build?
Yes. Quarterly or annual inspection plans are available, and we keep the records audit-ready.
